Petra Boase

As a self-confessed design fidget, top British talent Petra Boase has applied the same passion for collage to her career as to her creations.  Graduating from Manchester University with a textile degree in 1991 Petra has since collaborated in some 14 books on hobbies, craft and decoration for both adults and children.

Even whilst juggling these dynamic endeavours alongside numerous styling projects for lifestyle editorials, she honed her own design ambitions, establishing the successful Petra Boase Range in 2000.

From a core of collage canvases and hand-made greetings cards, the collection has grown organically to encompass home and baby wear, with delightful and original lines being introduced on a selective basis.  A collection “gorgeous find”!  http://www.petraboaseshop.com

Rough Luxe

Half rough, half luxury. A little bit of luxury in a rough part of London. A little bit of rough in a luxurious London. The philosophy is simple: “You are staying with us in our home, so just ask us for anything you need.”  Guests at a Rough Luxe hotel might share a bathroom or have a small room or a small shower cubicle, but the luxury is in the choice of the wine, the bed linen, the art on the walls and the people looking after you.  A great idea “gorgeous find”!  http://www.roughluxe.co.uk/
