One of the nicest cafe’s in town. Great place, love the old seats, decor and the layout, plus the disco ball and selection of cakes and buns. Expect queues but only at peak times and worth the wait. Toms is one of the few places in this part of London, Westbourne Grove that is serious about casual cafe food yet has a relaxed quirky atmosphere. A gorgeous find.
