The Foodhall otherwise known as Jim’s is a must when visiting Portlaoise and is the perfect place to rest after a shop in the towns boutiques. If the sun is out then sit and chat with Jim and his friends on the square for lively and friendly conversation or browse the Tynan Gallery upstairs after lunch - currently showing is the Dublin Artist Mary Fallon, beautiful paintings in her exhibition “Food For Thought”. All aspects of this establishment are “gorgeous finds”!

A classy food hall, an art gallery and wine merchants, Green Acres in Wexford has it all. This conceptual venue is a fab combination of art, quality wine and food. Murphy’s Ice Cream

Sean and Kieran Murphy started Murphys Ice Cream in Dingle, Co. Kerry in 2000, with the goal of making the best ice cream in the world. In the beginning, the kitchen in the Murphys Ice Cream Dessert House on Strand Street served as their laboratory, and growing ranks of customers joined the quest to create the perfect flavours.
